Good, I dont get dc when in raids.
What would be your weak points and which ones would be your strong points?
My weak points would be conflict between members of a guild, I usually get myself involved
My good points are I can take criticism and I appreciate people telling me how to improve my gear/spec

I recently transferred servers so I have been guildless lately.

I have only played as a draenei paladin before i transfered to this server and faction, and since I transferred have gained a lot of raiding experiance.
Pre-TBC:
I've done some level 60 instances as level 80

I've only done a few level 70 instances as level 80

Raids.
We're facing a new encounter which you haven't done before. How do you prepare?
I read up on the encounter and watch the tankspot video to see what i have to do. I also decide which flasks i will need (SP/intellect/mana regen) and farm enough gold for big repair costs.
What do you like so much about raiding?
I love facing new encounters and getting more experienced each time, I also love seeing the guild progress together and everyone getting new gear/achievements.

About your class.
What do you find the hardest boss for your current spec and why?
Correct me if im wrong, but i find XT quite difficult, as it is constant healing and hard to keep your mana up, but there's probably a different boss that is harder.
What would you consider the worst talent and which one would be the best for your spec?
I would say Blessed Hands is the worst talent for my spec, as i don't often use Hand of Freedom and Hand of Salvation, and i definitely don't use Hand of Sacrifice.
I would consider Holy Shock to be the best talent for my spec, as without it, i would not have an instant heal and it would be really difficult on bosses that require movement. Beacon of Light is also very usefull, as it allows me to heal 2 tanks at once.
